Shipping:
Lush Comforts ships within the United States. Orders are
processed within 1-3 business days after the order is received, please note
some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are processed
within 15 days. If extends past these guidelines, the customer will be
notified via email.

Method of Shipping:
Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Customers will be
notified via email when items are shipped.
Guarantee & Return Policy:
We will exchange any item or issue a refund (not including shipping and
handling changes) when you return it within 15 days of receipt. All
merchandise must be returned in its original, new, unused condition with all
tags still attached. A 25% restocking charge may apply. If the
original tags are missing, we cannot accept the merchandise for exchange or
credit. Exchanges are subject to a shipping expense.
Exceptions: Custom order items are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Product returned due to product defect will be given full credit including shipping and handling.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email and state if you prefer an exchange or credit. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Repackage the item in it's original, new, tags still attached condition. For your security ship with an insured courier and keep your receipt to the following address:
